Ethiopian 767 Lands Arusha

A Boeing (looks like 767) has landed in Arusha due to 'technical reasons' - unmarked aircraft but rumoured to be operating for Ethiopian - the runway is far too short for a Boeing at Arusha and it is surprising given the very close proximity of Kili why they wouldn't got there? I think there has been a big mistake or a very serious technical fault!
